What's happening, guys! Today, I am writing a post on How to Make Your PC/Laptop Run Faster. I have already created a video tutorial on it and uploaded it to my YouTube Channel which you can watch above. In this blog, I am writing about 3 methods to make your PC/Laptop faster as shown in the above video.
So, Let's Start!
First Method:
1. Click on the Start button.
2. Type 'RUN' and Open the 'RUN' program.
3. A window will appear (RUN window). Type '%temp%' (without ' ') and press Enter.
4. A folder will appear with many files and folders in it. Those files are the temporary files on your computer that take up your RAM's memory resulting your computer to be slow and when you delete those files permanently, the memory space on your RAM will be reduced and your computer will run fast.
5. So, Drag all of those files or Select all of them by pressing Ctrl+A and press Shift+Delete or Shift+Del to delete those files permanently or you can delete those files and then delete them from the Recycle Bin. A file called 'FXSAPIDebugLogFile.txt' can't be deleted by any methods. So, don't waste time on trying to delete that file permanently because you can never do that.
6. So, these are the steps for the first method to make your PC/Laptop run faster.
Second Method: (Similar to First Method)
1. Click on the Start button.
2. Type 'RUN' and Open the 'RUN' program.
3. A window will appear (RUN window). Type 'Prefetch' (without ' ') and press Enter.
4. A folder will appear with many files and folders in it. Those files are the temporary files on your computer that take up your RAM's memory resulting your computer to be slow and when you delete those files permanently, the memory space on your RAM will be reduced and your computer will run fast
5. So, Drag all of those files or Select all of them by pressing Ctrl+A and press Shift+Delete or Shift+Del to delete those files permanently or you can delete those files and then delete them from the Recycle Bin.
6. So, these are the steps for the second method to make your PC/Laptop run faster.
Third Method:
This method to make your PC/Laptop run faster is the most useful method among the 3 methods in this post. You can know about this method from the video given at the beginning of this post or read below:
1. First, go to 'SEARCH' and type Disk Cleanup.
2. Then, Open 'Disk Cleanup' program.
3. Select the drive where your operating system is installed and Press Enter or Click on 'Ok'.
4. After a few seconds (after the process that appears after doing Step 3 completes), a window will appear. Select all the checkboxes. OR, you may select the checkboxes that you want.
5. After selecting all or required checkboxes, click on 'Ok'. And, Click on 'Delete Files' on a new window that appears after clicking on 'Ok'.
6. Now, wait for sometime until the process finishes. When it finishes, your computer will start to run more faster than before. If you restart your computer after doing these processes, it will be better because it will speed up your computer more than before. But, it's not compulsory
(Please don't fear while selecting the checkboxes. None of your important data will be lost. Only the temporary files that you don't need on your computer will be deleted.)
